In addition to the standard amenities, Monthly Co-working Subscribers also receive a 15% discount on Hourly Bookings. Please reach out to our team to redeem this subscription perk. Cancellation Policy

• For Hourly bookings, the hourly rental fee will be fully refunded if a cancellation is submitted more than 24 hours in advance of the booking time. • If rescheduling is not an option, cancellations made within 24 hours of the chosen booking time are non-refundable. • For Half-Day rentals, payment is due upon booking. If unable to reschedule, a refund of 50% of the rental fee will be issued if the booking is canceled more than 48 hours in advance. If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of the Half-Day rental, the fee is non-refundable. • For Full-Day rentals, payment is due upon booking. If unable to reschedule, a refund of 50% of the rental fee will be issued if the rental is canceled more than 48 hours in advance. If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of the chosen date, the rental fee is non-refundable. • If you arrive early or stay past your booked time (even by 5 minutes), you will be charged for an additional half hour.
